Neurosynk Research has made remarkable progress in the aviation sector, where our psychological research plays a crucial role in ensuring safety, performance, and the mental well-being of aviation professionals. The Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, has demonstrated a keen interest in our services and invited us to present our innovative solutions to the entire ministry. This invitation underscores their commitment to leveraging our expertise to elevate aviation standards.
Therefore, our team, led by Founder and CEO, Mr. Dharani Krishna, GMBPsS had the honor of presenting our solutions to the esteemed Civil Aviation Minister, Shri Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu and Shri Vumlunmang Vualnam, Secretary of the Civil Aviation Ministry, Government of India, along with other senior officials. We also engaged in fruitful discussions with Directors Generals from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the Chairman of Airports Authority of India (AAI), and other key stakeholders.
These valuable interactions have paved the way for integrating our psychological insights into aviation policies, furthering our mission to enhance safety and mental health within the industry. Furthermore, our work has been recognized by the Government of India under its startup initiative, which acknowledges our unique service offerings.
