Mr. Dharani Krishna serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Neurosynk Research. With over a decade of global experience across diverse industries, Krishna’s journey spans academia, law enforcement, cybercrime investigation, and aviation. He holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development Psychology from the University of Madras, gained expertise in second master’s in Forensic Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, England, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharath University, India. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Corporate, Family, and School Counselling, along with several certifications in psychology, and has attended major conferences.

Krishna has experience working in aviation, organizations and forensic fields with international organizations across India, the UK, and Canada. He has served as a consultant psychologist for airlines in India, where he handled recruitment, candidate profiling, and corporate investigations, and worked on developing psychological manuals for pilot and cabin crew recruitment. His strong academic background and diverse experience have earned him a special criteria membership with the British Psychological Society (BPS). He has also been invited to present guest lectures on psychology at major universities and organizations. Krishna possesses a unique blend of skills that brings a fresh perspective to the field of psychology.
