At Neurosynk, we specialize in four core domains — Aviation Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Advertising Psychology for the aerospace sector.Our work focuses on understanding and optimizing human performance in high-stakes environments. By combining behavioral science, data analytics, and advanced technology, we deliver evidence-based solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and mental well-being.
We are looking for talented professionals to join our upcoming national projects for a duration of 8–12 months (with possible extensions based on project needs).These roles offer the opportunity to work closely with industry experts, researchers, and aviation professionals on meaningful, large-scale studies.
- Principal Investigators– Lead the research strategy
- Research Assistants– Support data collection, assessments and report writing
- Field Investigators– Collect on-ground data
- Project Managers– Coordinate and oversee operations
- Data Analysts– Drive data-driven insights
- Statisticians– Design, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
