1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Neurosynk Research services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property: All materials, content, and information on Neurosynk Research, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, or distributing any content without express written consent from Neurosynk Research.

3. User Contributions: Contributions posted on Neurosynk Research are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting contributions, users grant Neurosynk Research the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content. Users represent and warrant ownership of submitted content and agree not to violate the rights of third parties.

4. Privacy: Neurosynk Research processes, stores, and uses personal information collected during transactions. User data may be disclosed to third-party service providers for business-related purposes. By using our services, users consent to the processing of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Trademark, Copyright, and Restriction: All material on Neurosynk Research is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights owned by Neurosynk Research. Users are prohibited from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material on the platform.

6. Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold Neurosynk Research, its officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any costs, losses, claims, demands, and liabilities arising from a user’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Force Majeure: Neurosynk Research shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, and acts of government.

8. Termination: Neurosynk Research reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify, or withdraw services and change terms at any time. Users may terminate these terms by discontinuing the use of Neurosynk Research.

9. Jurisdictional Issues: Neurosynk Research services are intended for use in specific jurisdictions. Users accessing the platform from other locations do so at their own initiative, and Neurosynk Research is not responsible for products and services ordered from locations outside the specified jurisdictions.

10. Conditions of Sale: Placing an Order: You can initiate a purchase on NeuroSynk by carefully following the provided instructions. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation (“Order Confirmation”). Please note that this confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. The acceptance and conclusion of the sale contract occur when the product is dispatched to you, accompanied by an email confirmation stating the dispatch details (“Dispatch Confirmation”).

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline, reject, or limit your order for various reasons, including but not limited to:

• Non-acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy).
• Failure to provide a valid shipping address within India or submission of incorrect address details.
• Unsuccessful payment for the order.
• Product unavailability or unavailability within 5 days.
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
• Orders intended for commercial resale rather than self-consumption.
• Multiple items ordered using the same address, mobile number, or email address.
• Bulk quantity orders.
• Malpractice detected in the order placement process.
• Any other criteria deemed fit by NeuroSynk.

If your order is declined, rejected, or limited after payment, we will promptly notify you and refund the amount paid. In case of errors affecting your order or if there’s a mistake in the product price, we reserve the right to rectify the error. We will make efforts to inform you of such corrections. You may then choose to proceed with the purchase at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

11. Payment and Refund: Payment details are shared with payment gateway partners for transactions. Refunds are subject to compliance with refund policies. Users acknowledge that Neurosynk Research is not liable for damages resulting from transaction processing delays.

12. EMI: EMI options are subject to the discretion of banks/issuers/NBFCs. Neurosynk Research is not responsible for disputes between users and financial institutions regarding EMI transactions.

13. Cash-on-Delivery Orders: C-o-D orders require confirmation through a call from customer care. Neurosynk Research reserves the right to determine the refund method for each C-o-D transaction.

14. Shipment and Delivery: Orders are shipped by Neurosynk Research’s authorized delivery partner. Users must inspect products upon acceptance and report any damage to customer care within 24 hours.

15. Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process: Users should inspect products upon acceptance and note any damage on the proof of delivery receipt. Damage must be reported to Neurosynk Research’s customer care within 24 hours.

16. Cancellation and Variation Before Delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once the Order Confirmation is sent. Neurosynk Research reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for various reasons.

17. Product Warranties: All products on Neurosynk Research are covered by standard product warranties.

18. Title and Risk of Loss: Title is transferred upon delivery, and the risk of loss or damage passes to the user on delivery.

19. Losses: Neurosynk Research excludes liability for losses arising from the use of its services, including interruptions, bugs, viruses, or malware.

20. General: Neurosynk Research is not liable for loss or damage due to delays beyond its reasonable control. Illegal or unenforceable provisions will be severed, and the remainder will remain in effect. By using Neurosynk Research services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Neurosynk Research reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and users are encouraged to review them regularly.
